CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Peter Hurd-Watler is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience starting and managing successful businesses. He secured over $300,000 of grant funding for his previous software company which inspired him to co-found Impact Applications. Peter is passionate about helping innovative companies get funding to develop technologies and improve the lives of others. He has developed an appreciation and understanding of different peoples and cultures by traveling to over 60 countries. He is an alumnus of Draper University in Silicon Valley and is completing his business and arts degrees at the University of Lethbridge, which has sharpened his superpower of combining big picture financial thinking with the meticulous research and writing.

CHASE MILLER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chase Miller thrives on facilitating business growth, both in his own pursuits and those of his clients. His entrepreneurial spirit was first ignited with Synced Digital, a web design agency working with Alberta startups. As his clientele expanded, so did Chase’s vision, fueling the inception of Impact Application. Lifelong lessons from hockey have deeply ingrained vital values in him: leadership, teamwork, and an invigorating competitive edge—his superpower. Whether spearheading his projects or navigating a client’s journey, Chase dedicates himself unreservedly, ensuring his utmost commitment and superior effort consistently shine through, time and again.

KELLY COMEAU

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Kelly Comeau is an expert strategist with two decades of experience in researching, writing, and securing government funding for her clients. Kelly brings deep knowledge of technical writing including grants, proposals, and RPFs for all levels of government, foundations, and private interests. Her educational background, a degree in Community Services, infuses her professional endeavours with a distinct philanthropic spirit, showcasing not just expertise but a genuine passion for advancing others. This passion is further underscored by her superpower: an innate sense of understanding precisely what you need to keep your momentum moving forward, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds its potential. In every endeavour, Kelly integrates a wealth of knowledge with a heart that’s truly dedicated to the causes she serves.

UJWAL TIMILSINA

BUSINESS ANALYST

Experienced business analyst known for consistently delivering innovative solutions and aligning technology with business goals. Recognized expertise includes financial management, process automation, digital transformation leadership, cloud migration, and technology adoption. Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northampton and is a graduate of TOGAF in Enterprise Architecture, combining academic knowledge with practical skills for effective system optimization. Proven commitment to staying current with industry trends, offering a proactive approach to problem-solving in the ever-evolving business landscape. With a collaborative approach and effective communication skills, I seamlessly integrate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology adoption within the broader business context.
